The Southwire XTC100 is a Cable Stripper Combo Kit that includes the XTS-01 XT Cable Stripper and the XTS-02 XT Mini Stripper.
The XTS-01 XT Cable Stripper is made for end and Mid-Span terminations of 600 volt 1/0 to 1000kcmil or outside diameter sizes from (.33″-1.284″). It works on the THHN, XHHW, RHH, RHW, and USE jackets.
The XTS-01 cable stripper features an adjustable 4″ depth gauge that provides consistent repeatable cuts and a replaceable, precision razor sharp blade that is safely enclosed within the tool, eliminates stripping cables with a knife. A cutting depth is adjustable to precisely match insulation thickness for fast stripping while eliminating cable scoring.
Southwire XTS-02 XT Mini Stripper
The Southwire XTS-02 XT Mini Stripper is designed for use with wire sizes #6 AWG through 1/0. It featurs a spring loaded clamp for securing cable while stripping and a replaceable blade that is safely enclosed within the housing. No adjustments to the blade are required.
The XTS-02 has a compact aluminum body that easily fits in the tool bag or pouch. It offers a long life precision razor curved blade design for faster cuts. The XTS-02 XT Mini Stripper is used for end termination of the THHN, XHHW 600V insulation types.
