The Lindstrom RX8234A is a ERGO precision micro tip cutters, 0.002-0.018″. It’s a precision microtipped cutter developed according to the scientific ERGO process. The ESD-safe ERGO handle has a two-component combination a thermoplastic surface for comfortable grip and a tough polypropylene core for rigidity. This numerically controlled machine grinding ensures accurate edge angle and contact, increasing tool reliability and consistency. The screw joint minimizes friction and maximizes the alignment of cutting edges. This bio-spring limits the tension throughout the working cycle of the tool and can be adjusted to 3 different positions or removed. It’s ideal for rework and fine pitch applications.
