175-AIR-HT Applicator for Polyamide Adhesives, 419-Degree Fahrenheit
The Hysol 175-AIR-HT is an industrial grade, hand-held pneumatic hot melt applicator dispenser used for dispensing 1.75-inch diameter polyamide sticks. The operating temperature of the unit is set at 419°F (215°C). The dispense rate is controlled by the air pressure, and the timing is controlled by the trigger mechanism. Pneumatically powered dispensing reduces operator fatigue. A high adhesive dispense rate and large adhesive loading capacity are the trademarks of this applicator. A dispenser stand is included as part of the system.
