The Desco 19440 is an upgrade kit for the 19492 static field meter. The 19440 includes a charging unit and stainless steel conductive plate to measure offset voltage and discharge times for the periodic verification of ionizers per ANSI/ESD SP3.3 and ESD TR53.
Please note, the 19440 is only an upgrade kit. It does not include the static field meter.
