Mitutoyo micrometer standards ensure your outside micrometers are zero set with precision to better ensure your measurements are accurate and repeatable. The Mitutoyo micrometer standards are built with the same precision as Mitutoyo micrometers to reliably set the zero point on outside micrometers. The standard’s measuring faces are exceptionally flat and lapped for precise, repeatable measurements over time. The handle is heat insulated to prevent expansion due to body temperature.
