The NanoReel system opens up new possibilities in long-run small diameter inspection needs. Applications, where only bore scopes could reach, can now be inspected using the NanoReel system. Boiler tubes, supply lines, sprinkler systems, and a wide array of specialty applications can be inspected using the NanoReel system.
The NanoReel N85S Drum is compatible with the MicroReel and MicroDrain Video Inspection Systems. The drum includes an 85ft push cable with a 0.25in diameter (25m x 6.3mm). The push cable is flexible, with a 1in bend radius, and stiff enough to push past small radius turns, passing 90° bends in most 30mm lines. The proprietary small radius camera design, with a 15.5mm camera head and spring, allows for inspection of pipes with very small diameters. The camera has a 510 x 496 resolution. The NanoReel N85S Drum has a 512 Hz sonde, providing a signal for above-ground detecting of the camera in-pipe.
