Transforming Technologies CTM1000 Cleanroom Tacky Mats

The Transforming CTM1000 Series TackyMats are used at the entry and exits of cleanrooms and lab-controlled environments to remove contamination on the shoes and wheels of carts. Each tacky mat consists of a stack of numbered tear-off polyethylene film sheets. When a sheet becomes loaded with contamination, it is peeled off, exposing a new clean sheet for use. This peel-off design eliminates messy and time-consuming cleaning.

Our tacky mats are made with LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) which creates smooth surfaces that are not damaged by shoes, booties, or cartwheels. Our mats are dependable solutions for use in semiconductor, food industry, aerospace, laboratories, surgery rooms, and other controlled environments.
