The HM685 Hydronic Manometer is intended for HVAC professionals who need a reliable tool for balancing hydronic heating and cooling systems, checking pump performance, and setting balancing valves.
Software & Calculations
With this meter, users can measure and display differential, high side, and low side pressure simultaneously. Plus, the HM685 allows for simultaneous measurements without needing to change hose connections or instrument valve settings. The HM685 reads in: in. H2O, ft H2O, psi, in. Hg, mH2O, kPa, mm Hg, and bar.
High Accuracy
Use the HM685 to determine differential pressures from -300 to 300 psi and gauge pressures from -20 to 300 psi. For these measurements, the unit has high accuracy of ±1% of reading plus .072 psi. The HM685 also features inputs for up to two temperature probes. Using these inputs and the proper probes, users can measure temperatures up to 250°F with accuracy of ±0.5% of reading +1.2°F.
What’s Inlcuded
The HM685 features a rugged, splash-proof outer casing, so you can be confident the instrument can perform in the environments you need it too. The unit is sold as a kit. Unique to the HM685 are the included temperature probe and CompuDat™ USB downloading software with cable. The kit also includes a hard shell carrying case, (2) 6.7 ft x ¼-in. hoses with shut-off valves, (2) B&G readout probes, (2) P/T gauge adapter probes, a calibration certificate, and a power cord. The instrument can also be powered via four alkaline or NiMH rechargeable batteries.
