Yellow Jacket – 1/4″ PLUS II Hoses (Product Selection Tool)
Yellow Jacket 1/4″ PLUS II hoses are UL recognized assemblies (File SA9737) and meet SAE requirement J2196 for CFC, HCFC, and HFC refrigerants. PLUS II hoses also feature a moisture barrier which provides improved resistance to moisture migration which can contaminate expensive refrigerants.
1/4″ RYB PLUS II hoses are rated for:
- 4000 psi (276 bar) minimum burst pressure
- 800 psi (55 bar) maximum working pressure
- -20° to 180°F operating temperature

The product selection tool on this page enables users to easily pick hoses with length, color, single or 3 pack, as well as the following fitting types:
- Standard 1/4″ flare
- 1/4″ compact ball valve
- 1/4″ Seal Right low loss anti-blow back
- 1/4″ Flex Flow valve
Three packs contain one yellow, one red, and one blue hose
Standard 1/4″ flare
- 1/4″ hose with standard 1/4″ flare fitting
- Minimum bending radius: 6″
Compact ball valve
- 1/4″ hose with 1/4″ compact ball valve
- Metal handle at end of hose fits tight areas and traps all the gas
- Full flow valve
- Uses standard gasket and valve opener
Anti-blow back / low loss
- Low loss anti-blow back SealRight fitting immediately traps refrigerant in the hose when disconnected
- Helps meet non-venting regulations and prevent finger burns
- 45° end for easy installation in tight areas
- Gaskets resist deterioration from existing CFC, HCFC, and HFC refrigerants and oils
Flex Flow valve
- Flexible length of hose between valve and fitting makes access to tight areas easier
- Valve handle position shows when the valve is open or closed
