The HT ISOTEST M70 is an innovative hand-held insulation testerMegaOhmmeter designed to perform insulation resistance measurements with test voltage up to 1000VDC and continuity test measurements of earth conductors with 200mA test current, in compliance with VDE 0100 requirements, on civil and industrial electrical installations. The meter can also be employed for testing on electrical equipment and switchboards according to IEC/EN60204-1 and IEC/EN60439-1 standards.
Thanks to its LOCK feature insulation measurement can be performed under continuous mode on a device under test. A timer programmable from 2s to 60s enables you to carry out endurance tests as well. Other features are DC/AC voltage measurement up to 600V, resistance and continuity test with buzzer as a standard DMM. A very large and backlight custom display permits easy readings in dark environments. Small size, ergonomic shape and light weight (just 450g!) make it an essential tool for any electrical installer.

HT M70 is an innovative hand-held insulation resistance tester that is designed to perform insulation resistance measurements with test voltage up to 1000VDC and continuity test measurements of earth conductors with 200mA test current, in compliance with IEC/EN61557-1 requirements, on domestic and industrial electrical installations.
The meter can also be used to test electrical equipment and switchboards according to IEC/EN60204-1 and IEC/EN60439-1 standards.
Thanks to its LOCK feature insulation measurements can be performed on a device under test using the continuous mode.
A timer is programmable from 2s to 60s enabling you to carry out endurance tests.
