SAVE IMAGES DIRECTLY TO YOUR PC

This dual view microscope system features premium quality optics, design and manufacturing for industrial inspection and laboratories. The operator can see 3D images through the eyepieces and 2D images simultaneously on an external monitor connected to a USB color camera on the trinocular port. A 60-LED ring light with dimmer control is built into the focus mount, which has coarse and fine focusing for precise control. The system includes software for image capture and measurement. The base has a large working area of 220mm by 284mm (8.6“ by 11“).

WIDE MAGNIFICATION RANGE

This powerful microscope has a magnification range of 6.7x to 50x. Magnification ranges from 3.35x to 200x with optional auxiliary lenses and eyepieces.

10X EYEPIECES PROVIDE CRYSTAL CLEAR 3D VIEWING

10x Eyepieces ensure comfortable viewing for all operators, including those who require eyeglasses. Diopter Adjustment on both Eyepiece Tubes and a highly Adjustable Interpupillary Distance of 52mm to 75mm provides operators with even more flexibility in their individual applications.

SOFTWARE

The included software provides an easy-to-use, yet sophisticated interface for saving high resolution images, writing annotations, generating reports and accurate measurements. This user-friendly interface is ideal for saving critical data and sharing information.

REAL-TIME DEPTH OF FIELD ADJUSTMENT

When inspecting at high magnification, certain areas of specimen may not be in focus depending on the depth of the object. With the Real-Time Depth of Field feature, operators can adjust the focus parameters, with no need to adjust the physical optics.

CREATE PANORAMIC IMAGES

Mighty Cam is equipped with imaging software, which provides a “real-time image stitching” function. It can generate large-sized panoramic images in a few seconds. Requires a gliding stage for optimal performance.

DUARABLE STAND

The package includes Aven’s Stand PLED featuring 60 built-in eco-friendly LED lights and a dimmer. The lightweight, compact stand features a rack-and-pinion focus mount (74 mm in diameter) with fine focus adjustment for precise control, a large base (220mm x 284 mm x 15mm). 255mm vertical post length.

BRIGHTNESS ADJUSTMENT

Equipped with 60 eco-friendly LED lights, the stand includes Built-In Illumination with a Dimmer Control knob. This energy-saving, productivity enhancing feature ensures color consistency when dimming, and a flicker free experience for operators.

FOCUS ADJUSTMENT

The focus mount provides Coarse and Fine Focusing, and is ideal for precision work. The graduations on the zoom knob tell operators the exact magnifications at which they are working. For applications requiring very specific adjustments, this is a particularly convenient feature.
