This item is a System 274 binocular microscope with an articulating arm and high output dimmable LED light source.

The articulating arm has a length of 34″, a 12″ vertical range of motion, and a maximum clearance of 16″ above the benchtop surface. The heavy-duty C-clamp can open up to 4″.

The light source contains 80 high output LEDs in two concentric rings, producing 5800-foot candles at a 4.5″ working distance. It is controlled by an 8-button inner and outer ring segment controller.

System 274 microscopes

The ergonomically designed System 274 is ideal for prolonged use and offers added flexibility for multiple operator usage. It features easy to adjust, tilting binocular eyetubes which can be inclined between 0 and 30 degrees, as well as rotated 180 degrees. This design helps users to maintain good posture while reducing operator fatigue.

The 274 provides magnification of 4x to 25x with the included 0.5x objective and a working distance of 186mm.
