The Aven Tools 26700-121-ES is a high-definition 1080p inspection system including a Mighty Cam ES camera, microlens, FlexArm stand with table clamp, LED ring light, 360-rotation ball joint, and 22-inch HD monitor. This Mighty Cam ES system offers superb image quality and provides a magnification range of 7x to 70x and a working distance of six to eighteen inches.

You can operate this system with or without a PC. The Mighty Cam ES is a streamlined HDMI/USB camera designed for quick and accurate inspection. View 1080p live images on your HD monitor or utilize the advanced measurement software on your PC. Capture true-to-life images and videos directly to the SD Card or on your PC. The 5mp HD image sensor provides detailed images with true-to-life color reproduction.

The HDMI mode provides features that typically require operators to connect their camera to a computer.

• Photo Stitching Mode – create large panoramic images by “stitching” them together.  The advanced software detects and continuously builds an image as an object is moved beneath the camera’s lens.  For best results, it is recommended that operators use a gliding stage when using this mode.

The macro lens included with this system offers unsurpassed clarity and parfocal zoom capabilities. Provides manual adjustment of focal length, iris, and focus. The lens has a C-mount and working distance of 6 inches to 18 inches.

The 18-inch flexible arm stand is a hassle-free addition to your inspection system. The arm easily bends and stays put in any position. Tilt, rotate, and position as needed.

Compact source of LED lighting with a fully adjustable high-resolution dimmer that provides uniformity and shadow-free illumination. Consists of 96 LED lights that do not heat or flicker. An adapter may be required to mount a micro video lens. The opening is 50mm with 3 thumb screws for mounting.
