A warranty period of 3 years applies to energy meters, summators, load optimizing systems, controllers and the A2000 power meter which have been delivered since 1st July 2011. The warranty covers proven defects with regard to materials and workmanship. Fuses, batteries, manuals and mechanical components which are subject to normal wear and tear are excluded. Furthermore, the warranty covers neither failure or damage caused by improper use, use which does not comply with the product specifications, negligence, tampering, accident or abnormal operating conditions, nor consequential costs of any sort. We make no warranty for products with broken seals or products which have been opened up. |
