The Heavy Duty Mechanical Hex Crimper 15″ is for crimping lugs from AWG 10 – 1/0. This Hex Crimper is a great, affordable option for those in the electrical industry. This tool has a built‑in, non‑interchangeable rotating die for crimp adjustment. Each tool has one die with different crimping sizes, with one main crimping shape – hexagonal. To choose to die size, open the handle completely and rotate the die to choose the crimping size. The crimp is complete when dies come together and handles are completely closed. The dieless crimping head means no dies to replace.
