JBC innovates CDE station with the Soldering Assistant, the first system that measures the delivered energy during the soldering process.

It comes with JBC Exclusive Heating System and the intelligent Sleep & Hibernation Modes.

This station is suitable for general electronic applications with a T245 General Purpose Handle, perfect for both SMD components and for jobs with high power requirements, and it works with C245 Cartridge Range. Please click here to view tips in this series.

The Soldering Assistant is easy to use: select a cartridge, perform a soldering and save it as solder reference. All the soldering performed after will be compared with the solder reference, displaying information between them.

The system compares the new solder joints with the prestored soldering reference. The operator receives feedback from the station indicated by a colour with a percentage to qualify the process.

The measurement of the energy delivered by the soldering process and the time needed to do so, is what allows the station to indicate whether two soldering joints are equal or not.
