LONER ATMOSCOPE Self-Contained SMT Hot Air Station
The EDSYN 1036 is a self-contained hot air station with a built-in air source specifically designed to navigate densely populated areas with pinpoint accuracy. The 1036 station provides precise application of hot air for components with up to 84 pins (208 QFP). It has adjustable airflow, and uses a wide variety of nozzle sizes.
The EDSYN 1036 includes: FA069 SMD Hot Air Tool, LT428 single nozzle tip, PD525 tool pod, SH230 sponge holder, and an accessory kit (tip wrenches, SMD lift-off tool, shim blade replacement, SMD pull wire, and anti-seize compound).
The EDSYN 1036 is in compliance with the following standards: MIL-S-45743E, MIL-STD-2000, DOD-STD2000-1B, WS6536E AND ESD SPEC, DOD-STD-1686, DODHDBK-263.
The EDSYN 1036 with the FA069 hot air tool (includes RS321 retaining sleeve) can be used with a variety of tips:
