The JBC SRWS-2SC is a complete SMD rework system with multiple components. It includes the following:

• JTSE hot air station with extractor desk
• RWS-B adjustable rework arm
• PHSE-K set with preheater and PCB support

JTSE hot air station

The JBC JTSE is a high-powered hot air station for repairing all types of SMDs quickly and safely, including the biggest QFPs and PLCCs.

There are two work modes to choose from – manual and profile. In manual mode, the operator can set temperature values and air flow rate depending on the task. In profile model, the operator can set up and edit as many as 25 profiles for temperature and airflow.

Users can read the temperature at a specific point on the PCB with the control thermocouple. This helps protect components or a specific area on the PCB, and provides greater precision when regulating the temperature.

There are two work modes available for use with the control thermocouple:

The JBC PHSE-K is a complete system for preheating multilayer PCBs and ideal for repetitive soldering jobs. It comes with a close loop thermocouple controlled Infrared Preheater Unit and with a PCB Support.

The Infrared Preheater PHSE is used as a secondary heat source to reduce the amount of heat supplied by the main soldering tool, reducing thermal shock to components and PCBs.

The PCB Support PHS-S is perfectly adapted to any type of PCBs by means of its many adjustable parts and its 3 adjustable clearance positions.

The Console offers an intuitive user interface which provides quick access to station parameters.
