Weller WXMP Micro Soldering Pencil has an extremely rapid heat-up for optimum heat transfer. The thin WXMP is suited for soldering under a microscope and can handle small SMT components. The tip cartridges require no tools for changing tips. WXMP uses RT-series cartridge tips; this model comes without a tip.

The RT-MS solder tips with integrated heating element reach their specified temperature in 2 to 5 seconds. For use in industrial manufacturing, in laboratories and for repair work. No tools required to change the tip.
