The Weller W100PG is a heavy-duty 3-wire soldering iron that uses CT6 series tips (sold separately). It has a three-wire grounded cord set with stainless steel modular plug-in heater for greater efficiency & versatility. It uses Weller “closed loop” method of controlling maximum tip temperature. The temperature is controlled by tip-600°F, 700°F, and 800°F tips available. The nominal heat-up time with 700°F tip is 110 seconds. The W100PG provides a portable line voltage iron – no base station required. It is UL and cUL listed.
