Hakko FX8005-81 – Nitrogen Handpiece for FX-805 Ultra Heavy Duty Station

The FX-8005 Soldering Iron is the Nitrogen handpiece for the UHD FX-805 Soldering Station.

Hakko offers two versions of this iron:

• FX8005-81 – handpiece only
• FX8005-82 – handpiece, stand, sponge, and cleaning wire

The FX-8005 is compatible with T33 and T37 tips. The T37 series features a new, 390W internal heater and have a sensor system placed closer to the end of the tip to improve response. T33 tips feature a 260W heater and are available in several sizes, including a series of slim tips for use in narrow spaces.

The HAKKO Nitrogen (N2) Soldering System is the ideal solution for all your lead-free hand-soldering applications. The bench-top FX-780 Nitrogen Generator creates nitrogen gas from filtered, dry compressed air and the FX-791 Nitrogen Controller delivers it efficiently and uniformly to the nitrogen-compatible soldering iron and soldering area.

• 2.4 L/min

The FX-791 nitrogen controller is used to control the flow of nitrogen and adjust according to the tip shape being used.
