Chip Quik Alloy Melting Point: 79-91 Celsius (174-195 ) Use with our SMD291 no-clean tack flux. Add Chip Quik’s Removal Alloy to normal solder and you will reflow at a safe, low temperature below 300ºF (150ºC).
