The Bacharach PCA 400 offers everything you and your technicians need to commission, tune, maintain and certify any boiler. It is perfect for spot-checking and tuning your engines with the high-range CO sensor and available sample conditioner. Whether it’s boiler combustion or emissions testing of your natural gas, stationary genset or mobile fleet vehicles, monitoring your emissions is fast, easy and accurate.

Users have the option to save measured data in the unit as discreet tests, or stream it live via Bluetooth communications to a PC or other smart hand-held device for compliance reporting.

Reports are easily and quickly generated to satisfy compliance requirements. Interchangeable power options (rechargeable Li-Ion, ‘AA’ alkalines or line power) ensure the unit is always ready for use.

Probes and hoses come in a variety of lengths and materials to satisfy a wide range of applications, including NO_x, SO₂ and other requirements.

Automatic sensor protection not only guards the sensors from damage, but doubles their measurement range under high load conditions for increased flexibility.

Large touch screen, color display or keypad control allow for flexible, intuitive operation. The screen can be customized to show lists, tiles, trending graphs or acceptable limits for easy viewing of key parameters

Bluetooth wireless technology is standard, enabling the PCA 400 to provide convenient, real time data streaming. This allows the analysis of your combustion process without the need to be near your analyzer. Data streaming works with any Bluetooth mobile phone or tablet.

A 5-year oxygen sensor warranty emphasizes the robust technology employed in this unit to provide accurate readings and a long useful life. The unit holds up to 4 sensors including CO (H2 compensated), CO hi-range, NO, NO2 or SO2 along with O2. Automatic over-range protection keeps the sensors safe while providing high range readings on all channels.

Save test data with the PCA 400 for later viewing, printing or downloading to a PC. Up to 500 tests can be saved on the unit or you can also stream data live directly from the PCA to a Bluetooth enabled device. Reports are customizable to include the information and data you require, or downloaded directly to Excel if preferred.
