The Lascar EL-WEM+ continually monitors Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) with a colored status ring to display the IAQ level at a glance. Measurement data is automatically uploaded to the EasyLog Cloud, allowing your complete set of data measurements to be viewed, analyzed and downloaded from any internet-enabled device.

The EL-WEM+ rates the IAQ on five levels from excellent to inadequate. If the IAQ falls to the two lowest levels, the device’s status ring light turns to red, a sounder alert is activated, and an email and SMS notification can be set up to be sent to selected contacts notifying them of the change immediately.

The Lascar EL-WEM+ is ideal for homes and workplaces and includes a Do Not Disturb mode allowing the status ring and sounder to be turned off for set times of the day. Night mode mutes the sounder while the LEDs remain on.

Indoor air quality is scored out of 25, by adding together scores out of 5 for five measured parameters. The total score determines the IAQ rating on five levels from Excellent down to Inadequate. The status ring color on the EL-WEM+ matches the IAQ rating.

Example: Temperature 10°C = 1 point, Humidity 9% = 1 point, PM10 96 = 1 point, CO2 1850 = 1 point = 5 points total, which is an Inadequate IAQ rating.
