Automated Purification System
The Accuris IsoPURE 24 is a high throughput automated purification system that improves efficiency and reproducibility of magnetic bead extractions. Capable of processing up to 24 samples at one time, the instrument is easy to set up and program.
Mixing, magnetic bead transfer, washing and elution steps are performed automatically, saving valuable time. The complete purification process can be finished in as little as 10 minutes (depending on the reagent kit and complexity of the program). The IsoPURE 24 allows for processing sample volumes up to 10ml, which is typically required for work with cell-free DNA (cfDNA) and FFPE samples.
