The PCE-VDL 24I is vibration data logger that measures three-axis acceleration. The measured values are stored on the included 32 GB SD memory card. PC software and a USB to USB-micro data/charging cable is included. With the included software, the sensor and data logging settings can be set including but not limited to record intervals and alarm parameters. The software also allows tabular, statistical and graphical analysis of the measured values.

The PCE-VDL 24I vibration data logger measures 3-axis acceleration with a max sampling rate of 1600 Hz. It is ideal for use in fault diagnosis, stress testing, machine inspection, shock measurements, and preventative maintenance.

Please note, the optional magnetic mounting plate shown in the image is sold separately. 

When a connection to the PCE-VDL 24I is active, a window with the current values of all available sensors can be displayed in the software by clicking on the lightbulb icon in the group data logger. The values displayed in that window are continuously queried. This means that the data is live. 

The PCE-VDL 24I interface features LED status indicators. When the micro-USB is connected to a computer, the USB and charge indicators are green. When the unit is fully charged, the charge indicator will stop glowing. When a set limit is exceeded the alarm indicator will glow red. And the log status indicator will glow while data is being logged. Measurement and sensor settings are completed via the included software. Measurements can be manually started or stopped from the device.
