EN45502-2-2 Sec. 20, External Defib Protection Test 1

The Defib Surge P 380 outputs the pulse shown in EN45502-2-2 Fig. 107; with a Tp of 1.5 – 2.5ms; and a Tw50 of 3 – 5.5ms when discharged into the resistor network shown in Fig. 110. For tester protection, Fig. 110’s R7 and R1 are supplied internally. In accordance with the standard, the Megapulse Defib Surge P 380 can recharge and trigger the next pulse within 20 seconds.
