The PVM210 Irradiance Meter is a compact, handheld device that provides you with all the photovoltaic functions you need in an irradiance meter. The device features four simple buttons with its push-button interface, including unit, zero, range, hold and power. The hold function means that the PVM210 irradiance meter allows you to hold information for future reference.
The handheld Megger PVM meter provides you with optimal incident angle and positioning of solar panels, as well as the ability to measure solar power for panel short circuit calculations.
The LCD screen is backlit, providing 3.75 digits and 1999 W/m^2 range.
The PVM210 Irradiance Meter also has a standard camera mount fixing, provides you with accurate placement for steady measurements.
It has an operating temperature of 5 to 40 degrees C, below 80% RH and a storage temperature of -10 to 60 degrees C, below 70% RH. Its dimensions are 134 mm (H) x 48 mm (W) x 27 mm (D).
The device will switch itself off after 15 minutes of inactivity, and battery life of around 50 hours. Furthermore, the angular accuracy is Cosine corrected <5% for angles when used 60 degrees C.
