Keysight 16034H – SMD Array Type LCR Test Fixture, 120 MHz

This test fixture is designed for impedance evaluations of array-type SMD. The minimum SMD size that this fixture is adapted to evaluate is 1.6mm(L) x 0.8mm(W). Since the tip of the measurement electrodes are very thin and the device holder is extremely flat, the device can be shifted, and the measurement electrodes can contact each element of the array-type component

This test fixture is designed to facilitate easy and accurate measurements of chip-type components and similar types not furnished with lead wires. Connection of sample components to the Keysight 16034H is done by simply pressing the loading lever to left, inserting sample components in the V-mount center section (between fixture jaws) and releasing the lever. Components that may be measured with the Keysight 16034H are the rectangular paralleled chip, cylindrical chip, and others similar in shape and type.
