Loctite 2264448 HY 4070 is a versatile 2-component repair hybrid adhesive offered in an 11-gram kit with a dual cartridge system. Its gel physical form allows for fast fixturing and easy application, ensuring excellent bonding characteristics to a wide range of substrates, including plastics, rubbers, and metals. With its moisture resistance and temperature tolerance from -40 to +100°C, it proves ideal for demanding applications. The adhesive’s unique gel consistency prevents flow, even on vertical surfaces, making it suitable for bonding parts with gap filling up to 0.2 in (5 mm) and requiring complete excess adhesive curing. For optimal results, the use of the Loctite cyanoacrylate mixing nozzle, provided in the kit, is recommended.
