Wrist Strap, Adjustable, 12 ft Cord (Blue)

Antistatic wrist straps are designed to safely ground stationary operators working with ESD-sensitive components, preventing a buildup of static electricity. The soft, blue woven fabric and 360°-curved buckle of the wrist band allow the skin to breathe and make it very comfortable to wear. The band uses hypoallergenic silver-plated nylon thread for conductivity and has a maximum resistance of 160 ohms. The band is standard with a 4mm-sized snap and works in combination with most standard coil cords. A swivel-type banana plug on the 12-foot coil cord increases life and prevents cord tangles. A 1 meg resistor is included for safety.
