You would be shocked, literally, if you knew how much charge an everyday desktop tape dispenser can generate. This charge sits, builds up, and becomes greater with each pull of tape. Botron’s specially treated low charge generating tape dispenser is finished with a conductive underside, that when placed on an ESD safe surface (ESD Mat) will bond the dispenser to the electrical floating point of the bench, creating a safe path to the ground.

A slip-resistant conductive rubber base keeps your dispenser right where you want it, allowing for single-hand operation.

A pivoting blade guard provides protection from accidental contact. When closed, it will also assist in keeping the tape secure from rolling back on itself.
