If you are purchasing this option to upgrade a unit that you already own, please provide the instrument model and serial number at purchase time. This may be done using the order notes box on step 2 of the online checkout process. If placing a phone order, please reply to the order confirmation email with the model and serial number. If using a purchase order, please provide the information on the PO.

The model and serial number will be sent to the manufacturer to generate a unique software option key used to upgrade the instrument. That key will be emailed to you. You will then enter the key using your instrument’s virtual keyboard. See linked instructions in the Manuals/Guides section of this webpage for further details.
