The Accuris E3200 UV Transilluminator provides a large viewing surface of 21 x 26 cm to accommodate larger gels or multiple small gels. High powered, 12-Watt UV bulbs provide exceptional sensitivity so even the smallest quantities of stained nucleic acids can be visualized. The E3200 features a control knob for continuous adjustment of the UV intensity.
All Accuris UV transilluminators incorporate scratch-resistant, UV filter glass. Peak output emission of 302nm is ideal for excitation of gels stained with Ethidium Bromide, SmartGlow, SYBR Green and other common gel stains. Acrylic UV blocking covers allow safe viewing of samples, and friction hinges on the front edge allow positioning of the cover at an angle for gel access.
