The rack mount kit is used as a shelf to connect the HYAMP III model 3130 and any Hypot III model together. The rack mount kit enables both instruments to be mounted side by side in a 19″ rack. It also provides the necessary flanges for easy mounting and handles for easy removal.

The Hypot 3800 Series cannot be racked up with an old Hyamp III 3100 Series because it causes thermal issues (there’s no airflow when using the rack shelf).
