High definition 1080P inspection system with a 22″ monitor offering superb image quality at 60 frames per second. Magnification range: 28.8x – 384x. You can operate this system with or without a PC. Without a PC camera connects directly to the included HDMI monitor. View and record images using the included on screen tools. Images & videos can be saved to the included SD card. Connect the camera to a PC to utilize more advance features in the included software. The included LED ring light allows you to illuminate the object to get the sharpest and greatest detail.

Photo Stitching Mode – create large panoramic images by “stitching” them together.  The advance software detects and continuously builds an image as an object is moved beneath the camera’s lens.  For best results, it is recommended that operators use a gliding stage when using this mode. 

Depth of Field Detection – Create images where the entire object is in focus

Measurement Tools – Calibrate and execute accurate measurements with a large selection of line, shape, angle, and grid tools.

Aven’s Micro Lens System produces crisp and clear images that are distortion free and void of chromatic aberration. This lens system comes with detents which allows you to calibrate the lens for measurement repeatability. Comes standard with 1x C mount coupler and 1x objective lens. Total magnification is 0.6x to 4.0x, Field of View is 6 x 8mm at low magnification and 0.8 x 1.2mm at high magnification. Working Distance is 82mm. This heavy duty stand is perfect for applications where horizontal extension is limited. Large base 279 x 330 x 12.7mm to accommodate a large variety of parts. Vertical post will accept focus mount SCW-PA to which bodies SSZ, SPZ series, DSZ series and NSW series can be mounted. Post diameter is 25mm.
