Inspecting objects on the built in monitor offers an ergonomic inspection process, significantly reducing the eye strain and body fatigue often associated with frequent optical microscope use.

The included 360 Viewer Attachment provides a 35 degree angled view, and can be rotated 360 degrees to view areas that are otherwise difficult to see.

The 360 Viewer Attachment’s unique design gives operators a new perspective on objects being viewed. The 35-degree angled mirror is ideal for looking around multi-layered parts such as circuit boards, medical tools, industrial parts, and more. The attachment can be rotated 360 degrees to display the part from various angles.

• When in the On Position the 3D Viewer displays the angled on-screen image with a reduced 0.5x magnification applied.
• When in the Off Position the screen displays an overhead image with no added angle and no magnification reduction.

MicroVue™ offers a magnification range of 17x – 110x on its built- in 11.6″ monitor without use of the optional lenses.

Using the 0.5x lens the magnification range can be changed to 8.6x to 55x with the 0.5x lens and 34x to 220x with the 2x lens

NOTE: Accurate magnification can only be measured with 3D Viewer Attachment in the OFF Position.

The 2.0x and 0.5x lenses are available to enhance the versatility of the MicroVue™.

• The 0.5x lens is designed to increase working distance, as well as increase the field of view on the screen for additional viewing area.
• The 2.0x lens increases the magnification range to 34.4x-221x.
• These lenses easily attach to the standard MicroVue lens.

NOTE: The MicroVue Objective Lenses cannot be used with the 3D Viewer Attachment installed.

HDMI OUTPUT

The MicroVue features an HDMI output designed to connect to an external monitor. This allows operators to view live images on the built-in monitor, as well as on an external monitor.

USB IMAGE CAPTURE – NO PC REQUIRED

Capture high resolution image/video files directly to a USB storage device with no need for a computer to process the image compression.

The included computational imaging software provides users with more functions such as:

NOTE: The 3D Viewer Attachment must be in the OFF position to use measurement functions

The zoom adjustment knobs are designed with a click-stop feature with indicators to help operators determine an accurate magnification.

The built-in LED ring light provides ultra-bright illumination with no need for an external light source. Easily adjust the brightness with the built-in turn dial.

The MicroVue Focus Mount is designed to be used with boom stands and articulating arm stands, ideal for scanning over objects.

This tilt table is ideal for finding the right angle to inspect from. The table plate is covered with an ESD-Safe material that prevents static damage to the object you are inspecting and also keeps it in place. Includes a metal height adjustment base.
