The Aven Tools 26700-151-C05-260506 is a digital microscope system consisting of the Mighty Cam Eidos camera with a built-in 11.6-inch HD monitor, a detented micro lens with 0.5x coupler, 360 Viewer, lens adapter plate, and track stand with top and bottom adjustable LED’s. It provides a magnification range of 13.3x to 94.4x.

The 360 viewer allows users to inspect parts from various angles without having to rotate the part. The viewer features a mirror inclined at a 35-degree angle. A 3D viewer can be easily engaged or disengaged by sliding the mechanism in or out.

The high-quality zoom lens has detents set at 0.6x, 1x, 2x and 4x. This allows for calibrating the lens for high accuracy measurement with the included Image Analysis and Measurement Software. The lens is parfocal and will stay in focus when zooming in or out.

The Mighty Cam Eidos camera included in this package features a built-in 11.6-inch HD monitor with integrated measurement and image capture capabilities – no computer required.

The camera can be operated in HDMI mode at 1080P resolution without a PC. Only a monitor with an HDMI input is required. All necessary camera adjustments and functions such as digital zoom are available on the screen. Images and videos can be captured onto the built-in SD card.

The included computational imaging software provides users with more functions such as:

Note: 360 Viewer must be in the OFF position to perform measurements. 

The included track stand features an adjustable LED overhead and backlight. The focusing distance is about 4 inches (106mm) and the track length is 11 inches (280mm). The backlight is designed to illuminate translucent objects and is covered by a frosted glass plate for soft diffused lighting. Two clips secure slides over the glass plate. The base size is 11.21 inches x 9.36 inches. 

Magnification stays the same whether the Viewer is in an off or on position. The only thing that changes is the working distance. Please see the tables below.
