High definition 1080P auto focus inspection system with a 22″ monitor offering superb image quality at 60 frames per second. You can operate this system with or without a PC. Without a PC camera connects directly to the included HDMI monitor. View and record images and perform measurements using the included on screen tools. Images & videos can be saved to the included SD card. Connect the camera to a PC to utilize more advance features in the included software. The included Fiber Optic LED provides bright, shadow-free illumination.

This system includes Aven’s SPZHT-135 Stereo Zoom Microscope. Viewing through the microscope a magnification range of 21x to 135x is obtained. On screen magnification range is 71x to 459x.

Built in on screen tools provide powerful measurement functions including freehand line, rectangle, polygon, circle, bicircle, angle, point-line distance and much more. Three different length units of millimeter, centimeter and micrometer are provided to meet various measurement requirements in different applications. Simple calibration tool is also included. 

The included computational imaging software provides users with more functions such as:

Utilizing the Mosaic software package, operators can generate large panoramic images. Simply glide an object under the camera and the advanced software will stitch together images into one larger image.

The Mighty Cam Pro can change the depth of field without adjusting the optics. Simply click on the part of the image you want to focus on and the camera will bring that sector into focus.

The ideal scope for a wide range of investigative/inspection applications, Aven’s dynamic new microscope SPZH-135 extends the boundaries of stereo zoom microscopy, employing standard 15X eyepieces to achieve 21x to 135x continuous zoom magnification all the while providing a continuous working distance of 3.3” (84mm).

This gliding arm stand with a heavy metal base is an excellent device for inspection applications that require magnification adjustment and the ability to move easily across a specimen. Features a 15″ x 10.5″ metal base, a 15.5″ vertical post, and a 23″ horizontal gliding arm.

A versatile illumination source, this device easily adapts to your specific application. The 26200A-310 contains a 24 watt LED lamp, outputs a color temperature of 5600K, and has an expected lamp life of 10,000 hours.

The E-Arm focus mount secures directly to the end of the Ultra Glide Arm, and can be adjusted to tilt to the ideal inspection angle. Features focus adjustment knobs to raise and lower the microscope in precise increments.

This tilt table is ideal for finding the right angle to inspect from. The table plate is covered with an ESD-Safe material that prevents static damage to the object you are inspecting and also keeps it in place. Includes a metal height adjustment base.
