The Aven Tools 26800B-383-PRO all-in-one inspection system bundle consists of the SPZV-50 Stereo Zoom Trinocular Microscope, Mighty Cam Pro inspection camera, Double Arm Boom Stand (DABS), 22-inch 1080P HD monitor, and E-Arm LED Focus Mount with brightness control box. This innovative inspection system gives operators two viewing options: view objects beneath the microscope in crystal-clear 3D, with a magnification range of 6.7x to 50x or use the Mighty Cam Pro to view on an HD monitor via HDMI or PC via USB for real-time images at 34x to 255x.

This high-definition 1080P auto-focus inspection system with a 22-inch monitor offers superb image quality at 60 frames per second. View and record images and perform measurements using the included on-screen tools. Images and videos can be saved to the included SD card. Connect the camera to a PC to utilize more advanced features with the included software. 

The heart of this system is Aven’s Mighty Cam Pro autofocus camera. It offers both continuous and single-shot auto-focus modes for increased productivity. The camera supports mouse wheel control for fine-tuning. Data transfer up to 60 framers per second enables users to get clear images with ease.

The Mighty Cam Pro features dual outputs – USB and HDMI for use with a PC or an HD monitor. 

Built-in on-screen tools provide powerful measurement functions including freehand line, rectangle, polygon, circle, bicircle, angle, point-line distance and much more. Three different length units (millimeter, centimeter, micrometer) are provided to meet various measurement requirements in different applications. Simple calibration tools are also included.

The included monitor features a 22-inch screen, offering 1080P imaging and a maximum magnification display of 132x.

Utilizing the Mosaic software package, operators can generate large panoramic images. Simply glide an object under the camera and the advanced software will stitch together images into one larger image.

The Mighty Cam Pro can change the depth of field without adjusting the optics. Simply click on the part of the image you want to focus on and the camera will bring that sector into focus.

Aven’s dynamic microscope, SPZV-50, extends the boundaries of stereo zoom microscopy, employing standard 10X eyepieces to achieve 6.7x to 50x continuous zoom magnification all the while providing a continuous working distance of 3.3 inches (84mm).
