Model AD350
Fume extraction system for light duty laser marking, coding and engraving applications.
BOFA’s AD 350 fume extraction and filtration system effectively removes potentially harmful fumes and particulates created during the laser marking process. By maintaining a dust-free operating area, the system helps to protect valuable equipment, maintain a higher quality mark, and reduce the number of rejects and contaminants.
The quiet and compact AD 350 effectively removes potentially harmful fumes and particulate created during light duty laser marking, coding and engraving applications making it ideal for use in schools, sign making workshops and small-scale industrial environments.
DeepPleat
The DeepPleat pre-filter incorporates a sealed pleated layer of F8 media of at least 100mm in height, giving an impressive surface area for its size.

HEPA filter
BOFA uses mini pleat design HEPA (high-efficiency particulate air) filters which are tested and certified to a minimum efficiency of 99.997% down to 0.3 microns and 95% as small as 0.1 microns. They incorporate a series of webbing between the pleated media. This feature not only guarantees even spacing for full filter coverage between each pleat but also alleviates the possibility of airflow vibration or collapse.

Reverse flow air (RFA) technology
The RFA technology feature causes a fall in velocity and air direction change. Larger particulate falls out of the airstream into the filter’s drop out chamber. With less particulate entering the filter media the filter life is significantly increased, enhancing filter capture performance and ensure longer life.

Advanced carbon filter (ACF) technology
ACF assures safe capture and removal of hazardous fumes. Contaminated air must remain in contact with the carbon bed for a period of time sufficient to ensure that no contaminants or odors are emitted (“dwell time”). Our filters have been developed to capture all contaminants and odors, eliminating the risk of bypass and/or tunneling.

Multi Voltage Sensing (MVS) unit
Automatically senses the local voltage and adjusts accordingly, between 90-275V.
