The CWT Cooler Wall Thermometer is used to verify that refrigerated foods are being stored at suitable temperatures, in compliance with your HACCP plan. With a large, prominent display and clearly marked caution and danger zones, you can make your checks with a quick glance.

HACCP Zones

Wall Thermometers with temperature related HACCP Zones identified on them, allow for easy monitoring of temperatures in critical food-related locations. Installation Instructions
