Desco 14 inch hot process gloves are made of dissipative polyester material with Nomex lining and protect the operator’s hands up to 200°F. They are non-scratch, touchscreen compatible, and allow the wearer to operate touchscreen monitors and other devices.

These gloves feature a 4mm grounding snap which can be used with a coil cord to form a path to the ground for the operator. Compatible with wrist strap touch testers and continuous monitors. They electrically bond through a grounded operator and limit charge generation and ESD events. Resistance to Ground < 1 x 10⁷ ohms Rgp Tested Per ESD SP15.1.

A. 0.160″ (4mm) stud to fit 1/8″ (4mm) spring-loaded medical snap.*

B. Exterior fabric is 97.9% textured polyester. Conductive fiber filament (Rgp

< 1 x 10⁷ ohms) made of carbon suffused nylon 6 monofilament spaced every

0.25 inches. Material will not slough and can be precision cleaned for use in

cleanrooms down to class 100.

Can be washed multiple times in a mild detergent**.

C. Inner lining constructed of Nomex® makes gloves ideal for use in any process

involving heat up to 200°F (93.3°C).

D. Conductive, color-coded cuff (see chart below) interconnects with the

conductive fiber and snap providing a true and rapid ground path.
