Desco Statfree O – Dissipative 3-Layer Vinyl Roll (0.375″ Thick for Cushioning)

Statfree O material meets the required limit from ANSI/ESD S20.20 worksurface and recommendation from ANSI/ESD S4.1 for an ESD worksurface in an ESD Protected Area. The material provides a surface that will not generate a charge and will control the discharge rate from all conductors (including ESD susceptible items) when placed on the grounded mat.

Statfree O material is a .375 inch thick 3-layer heat-fused composite design. The top layer is lightly embossed dissipative hard vinyl, the middle layer is a conductive mesh to provide a path to the ground and allows the mat to be used with continuous monitors, and the bottom layer is an extra-thick, softer dissipative vinyl for protecting products from physical shock.
