The Elite RF 2.0GHz to 6.0GHz RF Power Amplifiers, the popular SSPA (solid-state power amplifier) series, utilizes the latest high power RF GaN transistors. These amplifiers are biased Class AB with gains ranging up to 48dB, functioning in CW or Pulse mode, covering the frequency range from 2.0GHz to 6.0GHz. They feature high reverse isolation for protection and have an enable/disable function. These amplifiers are widely used in S Band and C Band applications for radio communication, telecommunications, radar and commercial requirements.
