The FLIR SV89 makes precise measurements of GRMS, VRMS, peak, crest factor, kurtosis, skewness, standard deviation, and FFT analysis provides users with detailed insights into the vibrational characteristics of monitored equipment to prevent costly downtime. The rugged, IP66 rating ensures reliable performance in demanding environments subject to moisture, dust, or debris.
The FLIR GW66 Remote Monitoring Gateway (sold separately) is an integral part of the vibration monitoring system. The GW66 Remote Monitoring Gateway Web GUI is accessed through WiFi to easily deploy, monitor, and manage remote sensors. The GW66 features edge computing of vibration analysis (FFT) through WiFi connectivity. The Gateway has multi-communication protocols (Modbus, MQTT, OPC UA) for integration with advanced analysis tools. With Gateway connection options including Power-Over-Ethernet or WiFi, this vibration monitoring system will seamlessly implement into existing operations.
