What is the Fotric 226B Rush Replacement Service?

NESTES Instruments understands that your business depends on the availability and accuracy of your screening equipment to keep patrons and employees safe. The Rush Replacement program allows for the least amount of downtime should your Fotric unit stop working for any reason. In the event of a technical failure, loss, or damage, NESTES Instruments will ship a new Fotric 226B to you via Next Day Air service as swiftly as possible and no more than within 1 business day of the incident being reported.

How much does it cost?

The Fotric 226B Rush Replacement Service Costs $699.00 and must be purchased at the time of ordering your Fotric 226B. It can not be purchased after you receive your Fotric 226B.

What are the charges on my credit card?

When you request Rush Replacement Service, we put a temporary authorization on your credit card to cover the full replacement value of your Fotric 226B. This authorization will expire if:

• The defective unit is returned to us within 7 business days from receipt of your replacement (return label provided by us)
• The issue with your defective unit is covered under warranty

Does this cover my Fotric 226B in the event it is lost, broken or defective in a way that is not covered under its original warranty?

The Fotric Rush Replacement guarantees the availability of a replacement and covers your expedited shipping within 1 business day of your call. However, you will still be responsible for the cost of the replacement camera if your original unit is lost, broken or defective in a way that is not covered under its original warranty.
