- Wi-Fi Transmitter – Sends video to your tablet or Smartphone. A free App lets you easily view and record video inspections at a range of up to 500 feet. Software can be downloaded free from Apple, or from Google Play for Android phones.
- Expandable Cradle – Can safely support full size tablet, mini-tablet, or Smartphone.
- Compatible to all Gen-Eye GL or POD systems – Mount it on a full size reel to trouble-shoot 3” to 10” lines – or on a mini-reel for 2” to 4” lines.
- Self-Leveling Camera – Automatically keeps picture right side up as the camera glides through theline.Just 1.625” in diameter with 16 Bright-White LED’s to illuminate up to 10” lines.
- Mini Self-Leveling camera – is just 1.125” in diameter with 4 Super Bright LEDs to light up 2” to 4” lines with 15% more candle power than other models.
- On-screen distance counter – Lets you keep track of how much push-rod you’ve fed into the line. Switchable between standard and mini reels. Keyboard included.
- Date and Time Stamp – You can document the date and time of each job for your records.
- Power Port for Table or Smartphone – Can charge your tablet, iPad, iPhone, Android, or Apple device as you do your inspection.
- Other features include – Internal 512 Hz transmitter, Dimmer Control, 2″, 3” and 6” trap skids.
- Flexibility, Strength, Durability – A tough, Gel-Rod® push rod protects against moisture damage if the rod is cut or abraded. Its Kevlar® braid, fiberglass core, and durable sheath provide for maximum pushing and pulling power.
- Big Capacity Reels – The standard reel holds 200 ft., 300 ft., or 400 ft. of push rod on a sturdy frame and takes up little space in your truck. Eight inch wheels ensure easy transport to and from the job. The mini reel carries 100 ft. or 200 ft. of push rod in a compact frame for easy handling without taking up too much room in your truck.
- Advanced Skid designs – Skids keep the camera centered in the pipe for a better view, while reducing drag on longer runs. Standard systems include both 2″, 3″ and 6″ trap skids that protect the camera from abrasion as it slides through cast iron traps. Optional 3-in-1 skid set for 4″, 6″ and 8″ lines, and Universal Roller Skid for 6″ to 12″ lines are also available.

The new Gen-Eye Prism video inspection system lets you use your own tablet or Smartphone to view your inspection and record it. The Wi-Fi transmitter inside the Prism sends video to your Smartphone or tablet. A free App lets you easily view and record video inspections at a range of up to 500 feet.
The compact, rugged Prism Command Module weighs just 3 lbs. and can be mounted securely on any Gen-Eye GL or POD reel. An expandable holder on top of the unit safely supports your standard size tablet and is adjustable for easy viewing. Optional brackets for mini-tablets and Smartphones are available.
The Prism offers all the features of full-size video inspection systems in a compact, fan-cooled package. It includes an on-screen distance counter to track how much push rod is in the line, a nine page titler with full keyboard to add your company name and job locations to your videos, a date and
time stamp for your records, and an LED Dimmer control. Also included: a Power Port for your tablet or Smartphone, so you can keep it charged as you do your inspection.
Complete systems include a self-leveling color camera that automatically keeps the picture right side up, 2″, 3″, and 6″ trap skids, and a 512 Hz transmitter for easy camera tracking with General’s Hot Spot® pipe locator.
