HellermannTyton’s Two-Piece Edge Clip with Cable Tie Assemblies is designed specifically to route bundles by securing them to the edge of a plastic or metal sheet without the need for a mounting hole. The clip is easy to secure and the extraction force is high due to the integrated metal clamp that holds the edge clip in place. The clips are available in 90° and 360° models for use with different types of cable ties. On the CBT30MR the bundle runs at the side of the clip and the cable tie is outside serrated to reduce bundle abrasion.

Application

These cable ties and EdgeClip assemblies are ideal for use where holes are not acceptable or where adhesives will fail due to temperature problems.
