A cantilever support system, housing the hydraulic lifters, provides maximum legroom, while the bolted steel channel frame delivers a range of 1500 lbs. when fully lowered, 500 lbs. when adjusting and 750 lbs. at mid-height, evenly-distributed load capacity – ANSI/BIFMA rated and certified. Choose accessories such as slotted vertical supports for shelving and lighting, drawers, electrical and shelving that adjusts up and down in unison with the work surface. Height adjustment is manually controlled by a rotating hand crank positioned not he right or left side under the worksurface support frame, the handle folds out of the way when not in use. This adjustable height bench legs are aluminum with a silver coating.

The Pro Series 930 workstation is available in two shades of blue, and with or without an ESD finish. It is also available in 30″D x 60″L size, as can be seen in the chart below:

Pro Series Frame

This bench series has a welded steel frame, finished in a choice of durable, baked-on powder-coat paint, manufactured with a traditional cantilever design eliminating front support legs to provide unobstructed movement and greater leg comfort.

Hydraulic heavy-gauge slide system actuated by a hand crank or motor moves the work surface by 2” increments (whether manual hand crank or electric motorized) from 30” to 42”. The pedestal leg construction is heavy gauge high-grade aluminum with heavy gauge 2” by 3” tube pedestal top supports and 2” by 3” tube bases (including adjustable floor glides to support leveling actions). The lower half pedestal slides into the upper half pedestal for easy height adjustment, with 2 bolts per pedestal providing sturdy support.

The heavy gauge C-Channel support beam is 1.5” high and pre-inserted for easy attachment of suspended drawers and cabinets. Extra support is provided by an 18” high heavy-gauge rear panel.

Drawers
The Pro Series 930 workstation is compatible with several styles of drawer. These are available in several sizes, colors and configurations.

• Drawers are constructed of a heavy-gauge steel and are equipped with full extension, 100-lb. capacity metal ball bearing drawer slides.
• May be mounted left or right and stacked for multiple-drawer/cabinet combinations.
• Safety recessed handles
• Locks are optional. Multiple drawers can be keyed alike, upon request.

The Pro Series 930 workstation is also compatible with several styles of shelving. This includes basic horizontal shelving for holding instruments, as well as larger upright structures.

The Multi-Task System enables users to configure above-the-worksurface storage and options on an existing workstation. Perfect for upgrading on a budget. Please note, drilling and inserting will be required.

The MTS is available in two models: MTS-I with three uprights for side-by-side shelves and options, and MTS-II with two uprights that allow full width shelves and options. Each twelve-gauge steel, double slotted upright is 48″ x 2″ wide x 1-7/8″ deep. Heavy gauge, steel c-clamp mountings provide secure fastening to the worksurface with heavy duty thru-bolts. MTS upper structures will fit most workstations, provided there is a clear 1.5″ overhang in the rear.
